Primary Responsibilities

Develop compelling conceptual designs and effectively communicate ideas through sketches and renderings.
Produce detailed, coordinated construction documents that align with regulatory requirements, including NFPA, IBC, ADAAG, and FGI Guidelines.
Coordinate with consulting engineers and work closely with clients, the design team, and construction team to bring projects to life.
Establish schedules, meet deadlines, coordinate a team, and ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct field visits and oversee construction progress with precision and care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.
5-10 years of professional experience.
Minimum 3 years of Revit experience.
Strong communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Enscape, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
CSI specification writing experience a plus.
Ability to commute to or relocate to Huntington, WV 25701.
