AIA, LEED AP, Project Architect
After completing his Bachelor and Master of Architecture degrees with a focus on Building Design at the University of Kentucky, J.D. returned home with his family to pursue a career at ETA. In 2009, he was certified by the USGBC as a LEED accredited professional. J.D. has gained a diverse experience in the K-12 education, higher education, commercial, healthcare, industrial and residential markets. He achieved licensure in West Virginia in 2020. He has a thoughtful approach to projects and works closely with clients. J.D. enjoys coaching youth basketball and softball and spending time with his wife Emilie, their three children and their dog Roscoe.
